I have more than twenty years of experience providing investment banking and strategic advisory services at THCG, Inc. (formerly Hambro America Securities, Inc.), Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, and Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP.

During the early 1990s, I was the representative of the Northeast Region on the National Bankruptcy Services Committee of Deloitte & Touche Valuation Group. I was also a founding Board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

I received my Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University; where I was awarded a Finance Department Honors Teaching Fellowship. I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Economics, cum laude, from Lehigh University, where I majored in Accounting, minored in International Relations and was a member of Beta Alpha Psi (the accounting honorary society).

I received my CPA from the State of New York and I am currently a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.

Since 2006, I have been a Co-Treasurer and Member of the Executive Committee of the Israel Cancer Research Fund, Inc. I have been a member of the International Board of Trustees of ICRF since 2002.
